Our stay in Rothenburg was beautiful, but what truly made it unforgettable was Cengez — the absolute heart and hero of our stay. From the moment we arrived, Cengez was always there for us, taking care of every little thing with such genuine warmth and kindness. What touched us most was the way he went far beyond anything we could ever expect from a hotel. Knowing our preferences, he personally handpicked vegan breakfast items for us and even brought olives from his own home just to make sure we had something special to enjoy. It may sound like a small gesture, but to us it meant so much. There was something incredibly personal and heartfelt about his hospitality that made us feel less like hotel guests and more like people being cared for in someone’s home. By the time we had to leave, Cengez was no longer simply someone looking after us at the hotel. We had grown genuinely fond of him. We left with tears in our eyes and a long, loving hug, carrying with us a memory that will stay in our hearts long after the journey is over. Beautiful hotels are found in many places, but people like Cengez are rare. He is the kind of person who turns a wonderful stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Cengez, for your kindness, your warmth and for making us feel so incredibly loved and cared for. Rothenburg will always have a special place in our hearts because of you. ❤️

The hotel was recommended to us and fully met our expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect. (5) The room 8 assigned to us was a big surprise: romantic and spacious. (5) The price-performance ratio was perfectly fine. (4.9) The cleanliness of the room was excellent. (5) The service staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. (5) The sleep quality also left nothing to be desired. (5)

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed in room 7 at the top of the stairs. We never had to carry anything up or down. Cjengiz (sp?) took care of everything. He was always asking if we needed anything and if everything was okay. We had dinner plans for all but one night and decided to try the hotel restaurant on our free night. We were totally blown away by the food and the service. Phillip was amazing. He really knows his wines. This turned out to be the best meal we had in Rothenburg. If you visit Rothenburg, stay at the Hotel herrnschlösschen!
