Klosterstuble

A beautiful old medieval town, especially picturesque at Christmas time. The hotel was particularly lovely too, and the staff super helpful. Although I speak German they still insisted on speaking English so that my wife could understand the conversation. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our stay here! The location is great as you are in the walled city, but not on a busy street. We had a corner room, which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is extra, but was very convenient with plenty of food choices. Erika at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Parking just outside the wall is much less expensive (8€ vs 30€ per day) and only a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is close to the city center and the beautiful castle park. The building is very cozy but unfortunately the hotel part smelled of old frying oil. Could use a little freshening up. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty! It was served in a very nice breakfast room
