English Positives: Comfortable bed and pillows, consistent hot water, good heating, and high standards of cleanliness. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the city center. Negatives: - Shower curtain: The flimsy shower curtain clings to you the entire time you're showering, making it impossible to relax. - Housekeeping timing: While the cleaning itself is good, it usually happens around 2:00 PM—exactly when most guests want to be in their rooms resting. This forces guests to adjust their schedules and get tired out just to allow the room to be cleaned. Furthermore, I specifically asked the reception to have the room cleaned before 1:00 PM; they assured me it would be done, but it never was. - Security issue: The main entrance door was broken and remained unrepaired for my entire week-long stay. Since the reception is located far from the entrance, any intruder could potentially reach any room without being seen. Lati negativi: - la molle tenda della doccia ti si attorciglia tutta addosso durante la doccia impedendoti il relax; - la pulizia è buona ma viene fatta verso le 2pm quando l'80% dei clienti vorrebbero essere in stanza a riposare e quindi i clienti devono stancarsi cambiando i loro orari per permettere la pulizia (inoltre ho chiesto alla reception di fare pulire la stanza prima dell'1pm e mi ha detto che sarebbe stato fatto invece non venne mai fatto); - la porta d'ingresso sarebbe rotta e in un'intera settimana non l'avrebbero riparata (siccome la reception è lontana dall'ingresso qualsiasi criminale potrebbe raggiungere qualsiasi stanza senza essere visto).

A small hotel, less then 10 rooms I guess. We stayed there for 3 nights. The location is amazing, next to the Sendlinger Tor, very close to the subway and 15 minutes walking distance to Marienplatz. Breakfast was okay, it was not expensive and there were options. All the employees we met were really kind and friendly. Our room was super clean. Decorations of the room was pretty nice also. One down side may be the noise in the weekend, since it is facing a super busy street, there was noise even late in the night.

Hotel located within walking distance of the Old Town of Munich. It has no availability of a parking space or even agreements with nearby parking. We arrived in the afternoon and left the next morning and the underground parking cost us 40 euros. As for the rooms are nice and spacious.
