I would stay here again for no other reason than the blackout curtains that left the room in complete dark. I slept 11 hours the first night. The place is quiet, clean and has a lovely breakfast spread complete with adorable dog. The only thing we did not enjoy was the shower, the screws are loose in the joints that hold it at the correct angle so unless you hold the shower head it will only spray directly into the wall.

Free parking in the street outside was great. The lady at reception lovely and her english was pretty good, she was very helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bathroom was tired but clean and I was happy with it. Beds comfy enough but walls very thin- every conversation could be heard. Not really an issue as everyone was quiet by 11pm. Sadly the traffic didn't stop as it was Friday night and we were on the street side- no air con so had to open window which made traffic noise worse. Also phones couldn't pick up wifi, we think there may be two different ways to connect? as we did manage on lap top- important to us as this is how we book our next accommodation! For the price it was ok .

Friendly staff (one lady who seems to do everything- run reception, prepare breakfast, etc). Very average, small, somewhat cramped rooms. Note that there is no elevator and no one to help with heavy luggage. Runs more like a bed and breakfast, and a one woman show. There is not always someone available at reception, so you do not get the service you would in a hotel. Although the lady in charge is very friendly, she speaks very little English. You let yourself in with your own key. Within easy walking distance to a train stop. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are very warm (sometimes too warm). Breakfast buffet is simple but satisfactory.
