When we booked, we were given a room facing the garden, which was initially room 109 Munich, with 18 m².
After we had explored the room, which was decorated in a typically Bavarian style, we also tried the toilet and the flush wouldn't stop, so we went to reception, reported the problem and the owner suggested a room change >> Room 111 Saloniki with 27 m².
Room nicely furnished in Greek style with balcony.
Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the hairdryer in both rooms, as it was very dusty on the back and needs to be replaced in room 109 and room 111 (see pictures).
In terms of sleeping, we personally found the pillows too hard and the filling too bulky, but this is always up to the individual guest and is only made as a corresponding statement in our review.
The drinks glasses were not changed in the room during the days, which is what you can expect as a guest in a Dehoga hotel.
The Hotel Henry is a certified 4 * Dehoga hotel. As such, you have to meet certain points and here I would like to talk about the reception hours.
4 * Dehoga hotel:
> Reception service manned 16 hours a day / 24 hours of digital communication or telephone physically manned.
According to the hotel's website, under "Home" it literally says:
"Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, you can contact us by phone at any time."
This means:
Mon - Sat > 15 hours
Sun > 13 hours
During our stay, arriving on Boxing Day 26.12.23, we were informed that the reception is only open until 2:00 p.m. and that if you arrive later you can get your room card from the night safe. The owner then informed us that the reception is open until 3:00 p.m.
We can therefore say here that the specified Dehoga times > reception are not being adhered to, as these do not comply with the Dehoga requirements online (16 hours), although they are stated on the entrance door as 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. As an owner, you should make adjustments here, or withdraw from Dehoga because you are not meeting this daily requirement - Christmas or not - other 4* hotels also meet this requirement.

As a small Christmas present, we were given a jar of Greek honey, directly imported. We were delighted about this and would like to say thank you again.
Breakfast takes place in the restaurant area there and the breakfast options are good. The room itself seems a bit overloaded with green plants and therefore a bit cramped.
On the first breakfast morning on December 27th, 2023, we were greeted by an employee who brought us coffee - on December 28th, 2023, we were greeted by an employee who had already distributed the coffee thermoses on the tables.
In terms of sausage, we personally missed a normal Lyon sausage, otherwise the breakfast was sufficient and you were full.
