This is a good hotel with well-equipped rooms, but three problems undermined our enjoyment. First, when we arrived the elevator didn't function, which meant we faced disagreeable work lifting our bags up two floors. The elevator had not been fixed when we left to days later. Second, the AC was barely functioning. Third, all power in our room suddenly disappeared as we were preparing to check out. Problmes of this kind are unsuitable in a mid-market hotel.

We really liked it. During this hot weekend, we had a very relaxing stay. A functioning air conditioning unit, absolutely conveniently located, a varied breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Next time in Munich, I will come back. Thank you!

The rooms are very clean (despite the carpet), the staff is friendly, the central location is great, and the breakfast is sufficient. All in all, highly recommended for a city trip where you don't spend much time in the room. Only the furnishings are somewhat outdated in style. Also, the rooms can be quite small.
