The accommodation itself does not meet the standards of the hotel's own rating. Upon entering the room, it quickly became clear that the entire building, except for the exterior paint, is quite aged. The room door is very thin and showed signs of forced entry around the lock area; the ventilation duct in the bathroom (no window) was secured with tape after repair. The bathroom tiles were poorly painted and extensively cracked. Apparently, the joints were renewed after mold infestation, but they were excessively wide, likely to avoid replacing damaged tiles. The room carpet was heavily stained and rolled up at the edges and thresholds, revealing the concrete floor underneath. The mattresses of the beds are very soft and did not contribute to a good night's sleep. Additionally, our room faced the street, making it impossible to sleep after five o'clock, as the nearby tram started operating at short intervals. In the accommodation, I did not notice any German-speaking guests myself. Even though the price was comparable to the nearby IBIS Hotel, we had different expectations regarding amenities and comfort based on the booking review. All in all, one can describe the guesthouse as accommodation below the low-budget level. The self-assessment score of 8.1 for the accommodation, which was crucial for the booking, has clearly been revealed to me as a scam.

Nice hotel with great service and affordable price for Munchen. Both ladies at the reception on the arrival and departure days were very helpful and accommodating. They were generous to offer us a tea/coffee (which you can get from free 24/7 in the breakfast area) and some croissants on arrival, and they also printed some documents for us for free. Rooms were clean at spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us. Essential toiletries were provided together with a bottle of stil water per person. There was a balcony in our room which was really nice. Breakfast was nice for 10€ extra which includes eggs, fresh fruits, juice, sausages, cheese, etc. The hotel is located not so far from the HBF so ideal is you are in Munchen for a short trip. It is also not so far from the city center and the tram stop is just across the street, so very convenient. There are some eating places around too, so you will always find something if you are starving after your trip. The hotel is located near the UK visa center, just 1-2 mins walk away, so if your appointment is early morning then you can visit Munchen the day prior and stay in this hotel, complete your visa in the morning, explore the city for the rest of the day before leaving.

Very clean hotel, central walking distance from Munich Central Station will take 10 minutes, convenient to reach the station and above all convenient because walking distance to all the main points of the city. The hotel for a fee also makes breakfast we paid 10 euros per person and I must say there was everything for a good breakfast. Nothing to say also because the rooms were cleaned every day.
