Hotel in an older villa is located in a beautiful green suburb of Munich 12 km from the center. We went by bike to the center which is easy to do given the large number of cycling facilities in this city. Hotel has a front and back garden that you can use. There is also a garage for a fee. Breakfast must also be paid for separately. We had a double room with his 2 which was therefore very spacious and complete. No air conditioning available but a fan. Lift available. Breakfast is continental and fairly complete. Scrambled eggs are prepared fresh. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A reasonable Greek restaurant is 2 minutes away and a German restaurant is a 10-minute walk away. We did a cycling tour in Munich that was worthy of recommendations.

A small hotel with friendly staff. Personal requests were implemented immediately, we had a large breakfast table where we could enjoy the fresh, delicious breakfast together. Thank you from Saxony and BW

Great and friendly reception. Good bicycle inside storage . Lift is readily available to upper floors which is great after a really long bike ride . Room with garden view was really clean , very bright and good size . Bathroom was very clean, compact with good shower and toiletries. No dinner served but excellent Greek Restaurant , Terra Kreta within 3 minute walk . Breakfast was good with multiple cold and hot food choices plus the very pleasant lady there in the AM offered many other individually prepared items . Close to the Munich Center if that is your desire but out in a very pleasant suburb .
