Nice atmosphere outside on the terrace. Our choice: Venison carpaccio - very delicious! Friendly, quick service. A good wine bar with delicious food and especially game specialties.

Had booked a double room and an EZ, unfortunately it smelled old and musty in the hallway to the rooms. The rooms themselves are still very old-fashioned and the carpets in both rooms smelled very unpleasant ( a mixture of sweat feet, old muddy fibers etc ) Hygienically I would replace the floor covering and take a covering that you can wipe. The bed was clean and ok, but in the bathroom there were still hairs from the predecessor on the floor. Breakfast was adequate and varied. The staff friendly and helpful! Parking behind the house was plentiful. Overall it was ok, but the rooms , especially the floors, could do with a renovation.

Because of the location directly on the road I had certain fears in advance, but since we had a room to the side with a view over the roofs into the vineyards, file that for us at night does not matter. Only at dinner on the terrace was the road traffic a bit disturbing. The room was very large with small balcony and nice view, the bathroom new and everything very clean. The service was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio at dinner I found a bit overambitious.
