Good location in Mitte. Tram right in front of the hotel. We had room 606, unfortunately the rear roller blind didn't work. Room had nice big closet. However, the corner at the closet was very dark. A lamp belongs there. Bed had good mattress, this unfortunately was not separated. Therefore, we slept restlessly. It was my birthday on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, there was no congratulations or little attention from the hotel. We know that differently. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Return visitors. Love it here. Amazing views (superior room floor 5) … and a warm welcome. Like the quirky style and unusual room layout, with movable screens and curtaining. Products all vegan mindful - as was breakfast. Someone for everyone, including nice late night drinks service.

The hotel is very central and is ideally accessible by public transport. The rooms are large enough. In the set-up, however, already clearly got old (carpet, holes in the curtain, worn baths, etc.). Unfortunately, the staff at check-in was visibly overwhelmed and unfriendly. He answered a question about a significant price difference between booking and billing more than rough and inappropriate. I had asked for a quiet room in advance and unfortunately received exactly the opposite - close to the high-frequency elevators and facing the busy main road. In addition, it was due to the large glass front not only very loud, but also very cold in the room. The mattress was thin and sagged. The water pressure in the shower is unfortunately see low. A temperature setting hardly possible. Between cold and very hot, there was little more than a millimeter of leverage. From my personal point of view, I cannot recommend the hotel.
