Grand Hyatt Berlin

After many stays at the Grand Hyatt in Berlin, this hotel remains our first choice for trips to Berlin: absolute top connectivity, central location, good access options, very clean, extremely helpful and friendly staff, the dining options are also acceptable, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! We will definitely come back!

I've always enjoyed my stays at a Grand Hyatt, but the Grand Hyatt in Berlin really knocked it out of the park. The accommodations were incredibly nice with comfy beds and a large bathroom that was well organized and included a large closet (with ample hangers). Most of all, the hotel staff from the front desk to house-keeping were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend!

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed, with attention to both functionality and detail. The staff is professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely service-oriented, making every interaction efficient and pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient access to major attractions and pleasant surroundings. A smartly run property that delivers on all fronts. Cleanliness, service, comfort, and location were all exceptional. Easily 100 out of 100.
