Terrible experience
When I read the reviews I wonder if people have been to the same hotel as me. I arrived at night and there was a long cue to the check in. The staff in the counter were very rude and irritated because I could not talk German. I got a temporary card due to the lack of cards. It felt unsafe and unwelcoming. The worst thing about this stay was the lack of a working air conditioning. It was on but the room was so hot and humid that I could not sleep for five days. As a result I was veryt tired during the days and could not enjoy my trip. It was an important stay for me as I was going to a concert with one of my favorite artists, Nick Cave. It was 41 degrees outside so it was of great importance to be able to rest and cool down indoors. During my fve days there was´t any cleaning and noone taking out the carbage. The only good thing was the breakfast but I was not able to enjoy it because I was so exhausted from the horrible hotel room with no air in it. During the check out the staff di´t look at me and just said "it is okay". The did not ask me how my stay was. AVOID.
