We definitely got what we paid for. Nice and very clean. The breakfast restaurant was strangely decorated. No space and people standing on each other's necks - the location is perfect. There is a lot of noise from the railway right outside the windows, but good insulated windows

I booked this hotel nearly a year ago on a reputable third party website for a festival I was due to attend. It’s now 8 weeks from my booking so I contacted the hotel directly to confirm my reservation and I got a badly written one sentence reply “Sorry no rooms left”. I replied that I had a room booking and reservation number and that I wasn’t looking for a booking just to confirm my current booking and was again sent a reply “Sorry we are fully booked”. I had no choice. I could not leave it to chance to turn up for my booking and be told I have nine so I had to cancel last minute and look for another hotel that has cost me 2x the price. Avoid this place.

Clean, good air conditioning, close to the Berlin Victory Monument on foot and only 10 minutes by car to see the rest of all the tourist attractions. Good breakfast, very nice staff, safe and cheap underground garage.
