I would have given 0 stars if possible. My husband had to go find somebody to check in after waiting 10 minutes. She announces that there are 55 refugees staying there. This reservation was part of a package with Railbookers - won't work with them ever again either for additional reasons. At first we were willing to give it a try, at least for one night. Getting out of the one working elevator, the red catpet was black with dirt, lights were out in the hallway, kid's drawings on the wall, black banana peel on the floor, endless list of problems. We got to our rooms and turned back around. Wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged. They wouldn't give us written verification so I told her to give us back the papers we had signed. Horrible!!!!!

It is no longer a hotel. Almost the entire hotel is inhabited by refugees. There is no more hotel staff, no service, no cleaning and no technical service. There is a lot of overdue maintenance, it is not clean, butts on the balcony, torn toilet seat, mold in the bathroom, stains in the carpet, broken socket, dirty windows, hole in the yellowed mattress, children running through the building and the dining room is used by the residents. The stay was very disappointing. Called Agoda several times, but they do not answer, do not respond and do not take any action to help. We could let you know in advance and offer or compensate something else if necessary. We will never book with Agoda again.

Absolutely not!!! Were there at the end of November 2023. It's now an ASYLUM HOME. No service, no one there, no bar anymore, no restaurant, no heating in the whole building, underground garage door broken, no information whatsoever that it's now an asylum accommodation, they collect money with a cheeky grin and that's it!!!
