Central Apartments Berlin

The room we were given was spacious, clean and located in a compound of apartment buildings which made it safe. A key is needed to access the main entrance to the building which was an added bonus (we were four girls traveling, hence safety was a consideration). Very close to Alexanderplatz(the city centre) and a spate of kebab vendors, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, so you don't have to venture too far for meals(especially breakfast). There are a few stores and boutiques right down the road as well. The free wifi was got after persistently following up with the host who showed us our apartment, but it was made available to us eventually. Be sure to communicate the exact date and time of your arrival with the concerned contact person, as the apartments are located about 5 mins away from the address mentioned on the website, and there is no check-in facility offered. There is no clean up service available for the duration of your stay but pretty much every other facility (washer/dryer, kitchen with utensils/ towels) is provided.

Please do not use this apartment. Upon arrival at the wrong address provided by Central Apartments we could not gain entry to gather any information. Many phone calls and time later we were greeted by a Central Apartments employee who took us on a 5 minute walk to another facility. We were then greeted by another employee both in street dress who showed us into a block of flats and a 3 bedroom apartment that actually was a studio flat. We had booked for 5 and only had 4 beds. Floors were broken. Dirty bathroom. No wifi. Light fuses kept trippin electrics to name a few. The employee instructed our room would change tomorrow as original room had a problem. This was a complete lie! Central Apartments only texted us and would not call to sort any problems and we received texts saying be cool and stay cool. If I could give minus stars on this review I would. We stayed for one night we had booked for 2, however paying 350 euro for a hole like this is a joke. I left and did not pay I soon received a phone call asking why I had left so I informed them polity and put the phone down. 1 minute later I recieved a text saying do not worry I will charge your account anyway bye bye my dear. Well my dear I cancelled that payment and you will not be receiving a penny. Please do not use these apartments they are over priced and do not look anything like as they are advertised.

start with the only one good thing: the location. (and that all) the bad: *the apartment dosent look like in the pictures!!! *the apartment look broke all the wood floor in bad condition *the kitchen dosent have nothing and its so small *no internet *no toilet paper and nothing inside (shampoo etc) the address is not correct so if u have no phone or internet to contact do even try! this people didnt even send email or something regarding my arrival no explain i had to run in the streets to find someone who can give me call to find where is it who will open the door. at the end after 3 hours i went to the apartment and was shock of how bad its look! STAY AWAY!!
