This basic, budget hostel offers very good value for money. Well placed for transport links to anywhere across the city using the 5 day all zones travel pass (order it online and pick it up on arrival at the airport). There is no lift but as pensioners we contacted the hostel in advance for a ground floor room and this was no trouble - just a few steps to a spacious room with 3 single beds and a partial kitchen with fridge.for self-catering.The owner and reception staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and informative. A very good continental breakfast was available for €5 per person. Will definitely use again.

A good value for money apartments hotel. Clean rooms, basic but more than adequate. Very HELPFULL manager. The hotel is well run and in a good location. There is an excellent fish and seafood restaurant just three doors away.

Stayed at this place with low expectation and I wasn't disappointed. The flat I had was a health and safety nightmare! The room lights where hanging by exposed wires, side lamps broken and placed on the floor and the rooms curtains had been ripped off the wall (we where told this would be fixed but it wasn't). Found used syringes on the stair case in the morning and staff are hardly around! Friends of ours staying in another room had their room burgled with a number of high price tag valuables stolen. Staff didn't seem shocked by this and told us to just call the police. With so many low cost exellent qulity hostles around I don't know why anyone would stay here.
