they are really not from this world with the crisis around us they refused to refund us Euro 1500 for our stay and it is like steeling money from your pocket even they refused to amend our stay for another period if your government decided to cancel our exhibition which was for 6 nights stay why shall we still arrive to Berlin when we called the hotel they say come and relax in Berlin who can travel in Such worldwide situation and relax we keep explaining to them that this stay for business not for leisure and of course they do not want to listen or co-operate as we fully paid in advance and they want to keep the money and they charged us full stay even not 50% of the stay it is really too much and i urge all guests not to book this hotel again there is many other hotels in Berlin that showed more respect to my colleagues and they helped them by refunding part of their stay as it was not their mistake but the GM say who is going to pay my invoices sir i am not your owning company we are guests and you better look for other sources to finance your problems not from guests in crisis situation and this amount of money means a lot for us in our home country it was planned and saved to support our business and we do not just spend it for fun

We loved HSH Apartments - we spent a week there. The facilities, quality, location and service was excellent. We could walk to a lot of sights and cool bars from here and it is just round the corner from the metro. I really recommend this place and would go back if ever I’m in Berlin again.

Hotel is in great location; close to U- and S-bahn stations. Easy to travel from/to the airport (Tegel) as well. Seemed to be a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but there are some markets, kiosks, coffee places etc nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a family room which was spacious for four people, had a large bathroom and also a balcony. Kitchen didn't have much of forks, knives, pans etc but pretty much all you need. Room and the hotel was clean and in pretty good shape. Sofa bed was not comfy at all and street noice was pretty loud to the bedroom which was in street side of the hotel. That's pretty much all the negative aspects that I can come up with.
