3.5* We have stayed here many times before Covid. The hotel didn't immediately open after the last lockdown and when we enquired, we were told renovations were underway. No sign of them. And the hotel now looks quite tired. We had Room 400 which is quiet but the internet doesn't really range that far, so we had to sit on the staircase to get any speed on the internet. And what is it with this ancient, time-limited set up, where you have paper printed codes that don't last for the entire duration of your stay? Antiquated. The beds are comfortable. On a 7 night stay the bedding wasn't changed at all, the windows remained a little greasy in parts and when the soap ran out, we left the container disconnected (to demonstrate it was empty) but it was ignored. It just feels the hotel needs a good overhaul on several fronts.

We had a great stay here last weekend, All the staff are very helpful, The hotel is so clean, the location is great 3 or 4 train stops from airport then 15 min walk from station just two streets. We had Breakfast on the first morning then we tried out some of the local bakeries down the street.Only negative point is the TV only BBC world news channel, and we can all live without bad news for a few days

Pictures online are v. different from the actual hotel. Feels more like student housing. Room smelled mouldy, my eyes and throat itched within minutes of going in. Maybe it's the old carpet? Needless to say I checked out
