Quentin Berlin Hotel

This hotel was terrible. They do not clean you room unless you specifically request it at reception. We requested it as we had a build up of rubbish. They failed to do it and we came back to a smelly room. We made a complaint and were told there was nothing they could do for us but put some fresh towels in the room. They offered us a free breakfast to which we said no. The air con spelt like a sewerage system. We decided to leave. Refused to refund us to go elsewhere. The man in the photo was the very guy who was asked to ensure our room was clean. Ironically the same guy who could do nothing for us. We left 3 nights early and had to go to another hotel. The location is bad. It is in a slum area.

Hello, I was on site in April 24 for the fair, the rooms had a strong own smell and a very high humidity, so I left a day early! It was unbearable! Had booked through OPODO this club also gets only 0 stars as they collect the money but do not help with problems. In the hotel I was offered another room after long discussion, I also looked at this but the same smell - unreasonable! The eMail complaint has dragged on for 4 months and have not replaced the accommodation and the unused breakfast despite confirmation that I left earlier! Even if you went into the basement to the toilets, you immediately noticed the high humidity. Can only anyone recommend here not to book!!
