Best Western Premier Marina Wolfsbruch

We were first assigned a different room, and there were already guests there, very embarrassing for everyone. The facility is very spacious and therefore very exhausting in over 30 degrees. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very varied. The facility, however, is not well maintained. Our seating area was flooded with ants. The evening buffet at 35 euros is way too expensive, and there were no alternative options. Parking fee 8 euros per day (speechless). In a hotel, the rooms are cleaned daily; here... no chance. There is a sign at the reception that says "Hotel," which is not accurate.

Bad, where do the 4 stars come from, totally in need of renovation. Food not worth 10.00 euros, but the drink prices are at a 5-star hotel level. The swimming pool should be closed; the outdoor area of the pool is a dump. The parking lot is made of sand and dirt; in the rain, it's great, but still 7.00 euros a day. The facility was also not well attended; the many deficiencies have spread among the regular guests. The houses where one is accommodated are very cramped and worn out. One cannot sit on the terrace as one is completely exposed to the sun; there are no umbrellas. Absolute disaster.
