A&O City Hammer Kirche

We stayed here during the summer, and the room temperature reached around 35°C. There was no air conditioning and no fan available, which made for a very uncomfortable night. The room itself was shabby and outdated. The location was also quite far from the city center, making it less convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Considering the price of €120 per night, I expected better. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not offer good value for money.

For the price this is already an olaye accommodation. We were clean, only the curtain was a bit stuck and the windows were dirty. It is already very cramped in the family room, all one room and the sink in the room. The parking garage thing is a little awkward, well. Breakfast also fine. However, you should not let the cheese dry like this. Staff very friendly, Overall good if you don't have money. Otherwise, I'd go somewhere else.

We arrived at the hotel after a really long and exhausting day and were greeted directly super friendly. In particular, I would like to mention the employee Ahmad Elshahawy, who welcomed us at the reception. So warm, helpful and friendly that you really can't find everywhere. Especially when you are tired, such a nice welcome does really good . The hotel has surprised us overall totally positive. The location is great two underground stations (Hammer Kirche and Rauhes Haus) are just a few minutes walk away and shopping like Lidl are just around the corner. You can get anywhere quickly, but it is still quiet. Our room was clean and mega tidy Also the common areas were well maintained. You have noticed that attention is paid to cleanliness, and that is very important to us Breakfast was really good a nice selection of everything you need: fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee and even pancakes. Definitely worth it. Price-performance is just right here. For the cheap price you get really good location, clean rooms, nice staff, delicious breakfast and everything you need. Wi-Fi was free and stable, there was a 24-hour front desk, drinks vending machines, bike racks and parking everything there. Overall, the stay was super pleasant. Especially the reception by Ahmad started the stay immediately with a positive feeling. We would definitely come back again and recommend the hotel gladly , we even returned to the hotel on the return journey!!!! It is definitely worth it 💯
