The proximity to Altona Train Station is what made this hotel booked for one night. The room was small and cramped for a double room, but otherwise clean and with comfortable beds and for its category ok. The reception is shared with the Best Western hotel next door. Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the hotel and the area may be perceived as a bit unsafe. However, if you’re looking to stay one night in an affordable hotel near Altona Train Station, this might be an option.

The hotel is right next to the Altona station in Hamburg which is convenient, but you get to sleep with the window closed. We had a fan in the room that had to stand and go at night. The bed and the bathroom were just fine. A pretty average hotel.

The hotel is located almost directly at Hamburg Altona train station. Small but very clean quite modern rooms. Big TV. Ok bathroom is small but extremely clean. Perfect also the very good breakfast. Check in at the Hotel Raphael next door. The hotel itself has no lift
