Recommend! Most of it was very good. Good bed and pillows and quiet and quiet at night. Right next to the metro and the central station which is good but of course there are a little homeless in backyards but nothing that bothers or makes you feel insecure. Many good restaurants around the hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great staff

We returned yesterday from our stay at the Reichshof Hamburg (07/06/2026–07/10/2026) and look back on an all-around successful week. It was already our second stay at this hotel this year – and certainly not the last. You are warmly welcomed as soon as you enter the building. The entire team treats guests with great friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine professionalism. The authentic warmth that is palpable throughout the entire hotel is particularly pleasant. You feel not only welcome but genuinely valued as a guest. We would like to express a special thank you to Ms. Tabea Frost at the reception. She welcomed us upon our arrival and provided an excellent first impression with her pleasant, attentive manner, her competence, and her helpfulness. Employees like her shape the character of a hotel and contribute significantly to ensuring that a stay remains in such positive memory. The dining also convinced us once again. Both the quality of the food and the service were consistently excellent. We were especially pleased that the ice cream from the "Bitte mit Sahne" ice cream parlor in Hamburg-Sasel is offered at the Reichshof. This ice cream parlor was on our list anyway, as it enjoys an excellent reputation. It was all the nicer to be able to enjoy this specialty right in the hotel – a thoughtful detail that fits perfectly with the high quality standards of the establishment. We find the atmosphere throughout the hotel particularly remarkable. One gets the impression that the employees enjoy working here and identify with the establishment. Such a culture does not arise by chance, but is often an expression of good leadership and appreciative interaction. As a guest, you can feel exactly this positive overall impression. The Reichshof combines a stylish ambiance with first-class service and an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire team for another unforgettable stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
