Best Western Hotel Hansa

Very nice hotel, we had a room with a large balcony with chairs and a table, everything newly renovated, only a bathtub, but you could take a good shower there too. Room furnishings nice, comfortable double bed, portable air conditioning, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee capsules, water, everything included in the price. Cleanliness throughout the hotel outstanding, great breakfast buffet, very good coffee to make yourself. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very nice hotel in the middle of the city, naturally very loud due to the street traffic. The only drawback is that there is only 1 elevator for 4 people, which is very little for 72 rooms on 4 floors.

Very friendly and warm hosts, both at reception and breakfast. Very spacious, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms. A completely successful stay.

These people are mere criminals. Our office manager accidentally booked this hotel in the wrong city. Paid 2000 euros in advance. She cancelled in time, but due to the ‘special rates’ the reservation cannot be cancelled. They just took our money while we did not use the reservation and even admitted they booked the rooms for other people.
