Comfort Hotel Wiesbaden Ost

No a/c, no wifi, no fan, a group of us stayed here and complained about the situation and nothing has been done about it. The service is as bad as the condition of the rooms and the building. Avoid this place.

I stayed at the Comfort Hotel for two nights during a business trip. Check in / out was fast and friendly. Breakfast was good, the room was clean. The bed was not really comfortable, but okay. Biggest downturn was the very weak or not accessible at all WiFi. Not what you wanna have during a budiness trip. Location is near the highway and just next to Schnitzel Queen, a good restaurant.

Very basic hotel, definitely not for business travelers. It is right opposite to TOOM, & walking distance to Globus- but the hotel itself lacks basic amenities.There is no room service, no drinking water, no fridge, no in house restaurant, no coffee maker, no plates / cutlery, no iron, no room telephone - wifi speed is slow & needs to be reset each day (have to walk down to the reception each time). Hotel reception staff is not friendly, this place is a BIG no for business travelers.
