The hotel is well located but the room is moderately clean

Overall, I was not very impressed with this hotel, with the decor very dated and the front desk staff gruff, unfriendly and at times outright rude. Positives: Great location right next to the Kurpark, a good breakfast and friendly staff at breakfast. Negatives: Old fashioned decor; rooms are very dated, lack basic amenities (like a fridge and kettle) and need to be more thoroughly cleaned. The room balconies are also in my opinion unsafe as the ballustrade is very low. Some of the staff are also quite unfriendly and in need of basic customer service training.

The room was overpriced, probably because of the convention that's going on. Pros: Very good location, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was adequate; very good water jet in the shower, no shower curtain, the bed was ok Cons: The decor is old and old, stains on the carpet are degoutant, the curtain was torn.
