Apadana Hotel

The hotel is very centrally located, near the main train station. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was super friendly. Despite street noise, we slept well. We had a problem with hot water. This was addressed immediately. The only point of criticism was that the television did not work. Otherwise, we can absolutely recommend the hotel.

I stayed with my wife and our 3 month old daughter at Hotel Apadana. The stay was absolutely unacceptable. On arrival, the receptionist stood smoking in front of the entrance, the reception area smelled strongly of cigarettes. Our booking could not be found at first and had to be proven by email. The room was in a shocking state: strong unpleasant smell, stained linen, clearly unsanitary stains on the furniture, heavily soiled floor and a dirty and partly mouldy bathroom. Toilet paper was completely missing. We documented everything and left the hotel immediately. A refund was refused despite the conditions. This hotel is not recommended in any way.

The hotel surprised me in a positive way. The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. The staff were friendly throughout and the breakfast offered a delicious selection. Definitely a very good choice for the price. Would book again!
