Best Western Hotel Plaza

I wanted to give the hotel a chance, but unfortunately it turned out differently. The double room was clearly offered on the booking page with balcony. This was not available and the reception could do nothing. Wifi is practically non-existent. The room smelled distinctly of smoke on entering, although marked as non-smoking. Worst of all was the bath. The drain in the sink was blocked and the wastewater used floated forever in the sink. In the joints mold from top to bottom and with the completely dirty shower head you had to be quite brave and close your eyes. Would improve everything within two minutes. Even if you don't expect luxury at the reasonable price, there are still many alternatives around the station.

Stayed here for 4 nights during the beginning of August.staff helpful and friendly. Speak good English. Rooms cleaned daily. Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was good. There was no food or drink available at the hotel so you had to eat out, but many good restaurants and shops nearby. No tea making facilities in room but mini fridge available.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The room was very dirty with a bad smell. Tried to open the balcony door it was full of cigarettes. There were problems with toilet in hall too! Toilet had defekt. I cancelled 3 nights and asked for e refund but this was not possible
