Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel in Frankfurt was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival on our first night, we had to wait for 2 hours on the street because there was no one at the reception and the front door was locked. When we finally got inside, the floor was sticky and it was dusty under the bed. The following day, when I complained, the manager said our only option was to find another place to stay, but we would not receive a refund. Additionally, there were insects in the room, and the entire hotel smelled of smoke.

The hotel is immaculately clean, but annoying with shared WC and shower. Worst management I have encountered, not cooperative or service minded at all. Even rude beyond what would be to expect from any person, unacceptable for persons in the hospitality industry. Not recommended.
