Hotel Attach

We stayed here for 12 nights and 13 days and truly enjoyed the hotel and area. Super close to Skyline plaza and many restaurants! Walkable from Frankfurt Main station and street train. Very safe even at night. After 10 pm there is no staff so when you check in late call and get a code to get a key. Also after check in you can use your room key to enter the building. There is extra bathroom in the basement. The room service was excellent, staff are friendly, and helpful. The only thing is they did not have AC but noticed many places in Germany did not have AC. They had a fan and they gave us extra fan. I am very happy to have found this hotel. Super convenient, clean, nice smell on the hallway. They had breakfast option also. Highly recommend!

Never again - upgrade (!) booked to a Business Confort room - I got a hole in the basement which musty stinks a tiny window has - TV does not work and the drawer with cutlery sticks the spoons and knives to your hands - room cleaning also none - the boss is not to speak ... why even these stupid guests have already paid in advance

Disappointing stay. The receptionist with glasses had absolutely no tact and made me feel uncomfortable; he was rude. I went down to reception at 9:00 a.m. for breakfast, only to be told it was over, even though it clearly says it’s served until 10:30 a.m. Moreover, the breakfast offered was extremely basic, with no variety at all. Very disappointed with this experience.
