Hotel Travel Inn

I made a reservation (certainly late around 22h30) through booking.com and called the hotel to be sure that somebody is there and my booking is valid. The person said: I do not believe you have a revervation! I am not in the hotel now and anyhow, it is hot possible to give you the room at the booked price (55€20). He said I can give you a room at 99€ if you want and you have to be there in 10 min maximum!!!! I could not believe that I was in Germany!!

The battle against decay has already been lost. The hotel does not only look worn, but also starts to lose its skin. On the balcony of room 15 you can find pieces of the wall together with pieces of asbestos. The man at the reception, who probably is the owner, is not very communicative. You do get the key and the bill, but for the rest…nothing. A place worth avoiding, even as last resort.
