Passing through from Italy on the way to the Netherlands slept here. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. What I only find disappointing is when you spend more money on a more expensive room yourself that you don't get an upgrade. King one bedroom suite cannot be upgraded as a diamond member. In other words, spend less money and you are likely to get an upgrade, spend more money and you will not get an upgrade. Hilton should encourage guests to book as large rooms as possible so that they also get nicer upgrades. Otherwise, it is better to book a standard room when you see online that the hotel is not fully booked with therefore good chance of upgrade availability. Room itself is nice. Shower service is top notch. Never been seen in a hotel before. Breakfast is great. Kids found only water temperature inside and outside too cold.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was so nice with a huge bed and a bigger bathroom. It was quiet and there was a nespresso mashine in the room. Everything was very clean. We had a couple of issues which were fast an efficient solved. Definately a hotel to go to. We can highly recommend it

It is exceptionally spacious and resembles an outdoor pool more than a hotel pool due to its size. Accordingly, the crowd was also quite large. Almost all of the around 200 loungers were occupied or at least reserved with towels – a practice that is unfortunately widespread here as well. Finding a spot in the shade is therefore more a matter of luck. There is generally a service at the pool, but it was rarely present. Presumably, the staff is simply overwhelmed during peak occupancy. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant as usual. However, this time we were disappointed by the restaurant. The wait times were long, and the quality of the food was more in line with that of a fast food place than that of a hotel in this category. It was also somewhat confusing how the lounge was handled. Although it exists, we were not informed about it at all during check-in. As a Gold member, I would have at least expected to be informed about its existence and the respective access conditions.
