Average stay in this hotel around late November 2019. There is no parking so you have to do your own hard work, plan in advance where to park, before you come here. Hotel staff says that there is limited parking, so you might need to book in advance perhaps. I had to walk around 0.7 miles to find reasonable parking for one night. People at reception were nice. The hotel style is old, so you will find it old fashioned in many aspects. I was able to see few bed bugs on the wall,, i was able to eliminate them. I did a thorough inspection of my bed but didn't find anything later on. Over all experience was fair and satisfactory. If you get a room in 60-65 euro, it is worth it.

The primary issue with this hotel is the customer service, or lack thereof. I won't go into the details, but I had a hell of a time upon check-in just gaining access to my room due to the key card not operating. I had to go back and forth, luggage in tow, to the front desk for assistance to open the room door, and it was as if it was my fault. Of course, the staff were unable to open it either. The next day, again there were issues with the customer service at the front desk. The front desk just seems unorganized and the staff don't understand the concept of customer service. The few staff I encountered did not speak English very well and it was therefore difficult to communicate with them. A few positives: About a fifteen minute walk to the main train station. The WIFI works really well. Shower always had hot water. Overall, I would not stay at the establishment again. So many hotels around the Frankfurt Main Station, no need to stay at this one.

Greeted by friendly staff with obvious brilliant English and check-in was simple and quick. The room was large even for a 4 bed / person, but a little dated in style and fittings. Clean, spacious, and great for a work trip. Just over a kilometer from the Kap Meeting center.
