We celebrated a beautiful wedding at Elaya Oberursel. The organization was professional and straightforward. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and attentive, the food super, just great. We would particularly like to highlight Claris with her great and courteous nature. We can recommend the Elaya Oberursel without restrictions and will definitely come back soon. After several stays at the "Mövenpick", from 2019 and then to Corona again in 2022 at the "Rilano", and at the end of September 2023 stayed at the renamed house "elaya". Now again three nights, Reservation easy and hassle-free, get rooms in absolutely desired location, great! This as usual without fault and blame - very spacious, well maintained and clean. An absolute plus is that the large window can be opened completely, as cool and fresh air comes in all night... My stay very pleasant, the breakfast buffet is extensive, fresh egg dishes are prepared immediately. Lunch and dinner were offered in my case (2 meetings seamlessly in succession) each in the form of a warm buffet, very good selection, taste as far as ok, but buffet is basically not my thing at all... The bar a nice place to end strenuous days, there they still remembered me and my preferences and greeted friendly - very professional! The staff in all areas very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Overall, I felt absolutely comfortable in this house and will take the very next opportunity to stay there again.
