The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and kind. During my stay, the air conditioning was broken. I received a message several days in advance, from the hotel, to inform me of the problem and tell me that I could cancel my reservation for free if I wished. They asked me one more time, during check-in, if the lack of air conditioning was acceptable to me. Upon entering the room, I found a relatively powerful fan there. They could not have done better. There were a few small negative details regarding the maintenance in the room; the bedside lamp did not work (probably the lightbulb), and a corner of the bed sheet had a dust stain (as if a dusty corner had been rubbed when taking the sheet off the shelf). It is nothing too bad, but I find it a shame for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent hotel close to train station and tram line. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Staff were Brilliant with lots of information and knowledge. Stayed in double room with wife and had 3 daughters in a triple room and everybody was happy. Cumfy bed, warm room and hot shower. Around corner from Big shopping centre. Good value for money with Excellent location.

Love this place. Have stayed here 3 times already. Very close to the train station, yet quiet and with very good sized rooms (some with balcony and fabulous views of the skyline) . Very good breakfast too.
