Mercure Bad Homburg Friedrichsdorf

The room was small and had uncomfortable pillows to sleep on. The staff were really pleasant and friendly. Dinner service was good and they had some nice food to eat. The bathroom is really tiny. This hotel is really out of the way.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and I was recognized as an Accor Platinum member. The rooms are clean. The food in the restaurant was good but there could have been more variety at breakfast. Although I was a single traveler, there was only one small pillow in the room.

You need to ask for the good rooms,as this hotel has different categories including a certain noise level from the outside, while the windosw is open. This hotel is pretty old, accordingly stuffed, so do not expect too much!
