Ringhotel Badehof

The stay at Badehof was exceptionally good. A charming house, whose operators are proud of the long history of the establishment. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size with a small hallway and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and also catered to vegans. For the wellness area, bathrobes, slippers, sauna towels, and a bag were provided. The wellness area itself was beautifully designed and clean. Upon checking out, there was a small gesture from the house.

We stayed at the badehof Hotel on a weekend and had previously indicated food intolerances via the homepage as requested by the hotel when booking. At check-in we made this clear again, as it is a disease and a certain diet is mandatory and the hotel also advertises that this is present and observed. At dinner we were told first that we had not informed anyone about it and then the chef was called, as there was only buffet and this showed us what we could eat - if we had not been careful ourselves a big dilemma would have happened, because we were offered food for consumption that is definitely not edible with the disease. Well that went on at breakfast, here we were told that we supposedly had not stated this and that no one here can tell us now what we can eat. The next night at dinner, the same story again. We had booked a massage when we arrived but were told that there was supposedly no booking and that no massages would be free for the entire weekend. Well, we wouldn't have booked the hotel otherwise without the massage offer. Because the place has absolutely nothing to offer, for a spa town it is absolutely desolate and we could have saved the food. The room is clean but it lacked bathrobes and towels. Then we had to ask. The shower also barely worked, the drain in the sink was blocked. Overall, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars in such service and ambience. Too bad money wasted

Unsuitable for dog owners, as you can only sit in the least attractive areas after a different announcement
