Gorgeous hotel wonderful staff wonderful breakfast clean rooms cleaning on time too great staff relations just wonderful we all liked us five people it was a business trip everything just wonderful

The staff at the reception was friendly as always and immediately pointed out breakfast times, the elevator, and other amenities. The room, this time a suite, was spacious, clean, and protected from street noise with double glazing.

The hotel does much more from the inside than you might think from the outside. Nicely renovated, my room was clean, had a good size and everything you need. The location is very central, right at the train station and not far to the city center. Station location is not always the prettiest area. I had ordered gluten-free breakfast in advance, which according to the information was no problem.Well...thawed,simplest bread.Partly muddy,partly rock hard. This was underground..I have experienced this much better in other hotels The buffet otherwise was okay - although I already found fish sticks for breakfast very special...but everything else (scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal etc.) was also there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
