Kempe Komfortplus Hotel Solingen

I booked especially a room with extra charge (for 78€) to the rear, as a quiet room was important to me. Unfortunately, the ventilation buzzed the entire stay and at night, so I was glad when the night was over. The surcharge is by no means worth it.

As a business trip for one night quite okay. Nice hard mattress, The bathroom is okay, hot water is running. In my room, another table would have been good for the lonely chair. The stations of ARD are in felt 46 regional stations on it. Private, I didn't find it, no matter! Pillow rather too fluffy. Breakfast for 12.00 € goes fine. Fresh rolls.

The criteria for choosing this hotel was that it was within walking distance of the train station. This is a simple hotel very close to the railway line, the outside is not very inviting and the interior is showing its age. The service is good and the room is reasonably spacious, but the breakfast buffet gave the impression of having been stocked by a discounter.
