We have now had 4 days in this hotel. Upon arrival we were welcomed with open arms as well as a good presentation of the place. We got a large room with a double bed, sofa, desk, bath/toilet and a nice balcony with beautiful views of the wine and fruit fields. Delicious morning buffet. The dinner is also super delicious. The staff are very attentive to whether you have what you need. They speak both German, French and English, really lovely. We drive mc both and there are really beautiful weather routes that start right around the corner. The pool is lovely cool in the heat. We are here at 37-38 degrees so it has been great to be able to cool down. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, unfortunately, but it is definitely also the only thing we have missed. Thanks for a lovely stay, this is not the last time we visit you ❤️

My friends and I have just returned from a wonderful five day break at Landhotel Salmen near Oberkirch Germany. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a picturesque village in the wine country and you can enjoy many great walks from the door. The restaurant is modern with a varied menu and the food was delicious. The breakfasts were exceptional. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the swimming pool too. I can thoroughly recommend the hotel

We have been staying for several years at the Salmen Hotel in Ringelbach (2km from Oberkirch) Hotel always well maintained. Restaurant always top: Breakfast very hearty, menus elaborated with finesse. Little flat we could no longer choose the menu at breakfast this year. However we ate very well Congratulations to all the staff for the welcome, listening and sympathy. Note that French is understood and spoken in the hotel which is rare in Germany.
