Achat Comfort Airport-Frankfurt

Well, upon arriving there in the late afternoon, my wife was received somewhat unfriendly by the staff. What a pity. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The superior room was good, but the bed felt a bit short for someone with a height of 6 feet 6 inches. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff there was top-notch and very attentive. Well, they certainly know how to make coffee. It's great to have the option to park your vehicle cheaply during a flight and use the shuttle service.

Really poor service from male receptionist, who both mumbled, was arrogant and did not listen at all. He created confusion and seemed to hate his work! Breakfast was good and appealing. Rooms were ok. However, you could optimize the cleaning.

In addition to the parking lot, you can also charge electrically. Staff are very friendly and happy to answer your questions. If They can do something for you, they'll do it quickly. There is a kitchenette in the room but no stuff like plates of cutlery cups etc. If you ask for it they will bring it. No coffee machine oid in the room. A microwave, though. But again, no stuff. There was an instruction manual from a coffee maker in the drawer but there was none. Room cleaning is on request which is fine. Free coffee is available in the lobby. Geen thee. No bar. Below/next to the hotel is the adjacent hungarium. Here you can eat from 17:30. Good food. A bit pricey by German standards. Friendly staff and friendly staff. Not open outside these hours. In itself, ACHAT is a fine hotel. However, if you like to sleep peacefully, it can be a bit disappointing. There are dogs in the night somewhere nearby that are put out at night. (Sounds like terrain surveillance of something nearby) that bark all night. Pretty much all the way through. I've asked the reception about it but it's something they can't get a grip on. If the nights could be spent quietly and coolly then Achat Frankfurt would have received 5 stars from me. Through the night's sleep and a completely empty kitchenette /no possibility to make coffee / tea in your room 2 star deduction
