Welcome Marburg

Well, we didn't feel WELCOME, staff didn't contribute. Had asked to upgrade from suite to executive suite. It would have been okay and accepted that this could not be done, but to say she was not free was a lie. I could have booked them on the website, so, too bad. I don't have to go again.

Location very good! Enough 'quiet' rooms available. Friendly staff! The Welcome Plus room was renovated with very comfortable and high beds! A picture for decoration would not make the room look so 'bare'. The white bathroom is not renovated and despite sufficient space unfortunately only has a triangular 'space-saving shower' which was very narrow despite normal stature. The premises of the (breakfast) restaurant are very nice, the breakfast buffet standard. The sauna area is ok.. In the niche in front of the sauna you could wonderfully accommodate a steam bath and thus increase the attractiveness.

Room simple, clean. Breakfast extensive, nothing outstanding. Staff friendly, especially at reception. No bar, no restaurant
