Leonardo Hotel review Room: Very clean, well-maintained, very clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed. A few points to improve: Shower head (the large one) holes clogged with limescale, just soak it in vinegar or citric acid to unclog the holes in the shower heads The shower floor is very slippery. Consider installing a mat or anti-slip strips. Air conditioning even at maximum is not efficient enough during very hot days even when keeping the curtains closed. Regarding the hotel and services (bars, etc.) themselves, the staff is very welcoming and very helpful. The sparkling, cold, and still water fountain is an excellent idea and very, very appreciated. Areas for improvement at the hotel: Extend the lounge bar hours upon entry, closing at 5:00 PM is too early. Fortunately, the sports bar was open late so we could have a coffee in the evening. For breakfast, it would be appreciated to be able to have a coffee and a croissant without having to take the buffet. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Really Worthless.. for 1 night ..the air conditioning leaks..so the hallway all wet !! The bathroom looks like a swimming pool..water does not run away..can not even go to the toilet.. And the hotel manager so 48 € back as he promised.but unfortunately..

Due to family circumstances, we unfortunately had to cancel our vacation. According to the booking terms, cancellation was free of charge up to one day before arrival, and we cancelled 4 days prior. Through Booking.com, we were told that a cancellation request would be sent to the hotel, which already felt a bit unusual. Unfortunately, we received zero response to this request via Booking.com, nor to a direct email sent to the hotel. Over the weekend, we tried calling the hotel, but were told that the person handling bookings was not available on the weekend. Today, just one day before our scheduled arrival, we still have not received any response. Since we never actually stayed at the hotel, I cannot review the property itself, but their handling of cancellations and customer communication is downright poor.
