The hotel overall is quite okay, the employee at check-in was unfortunately rather unfriendly, in a short word terminal I was referred to the check-in terminal, unfortunately that did not work, another employee was then nicer after all and completed the check-in

From the efficiency and cordiality of the online staff beforehand, to the friendliness of the reception staff and joviality of the experienced bartender on arrival, to the comfort of the spacious room with airport view and ease of the shuttle to the terminal, I had a perfect one night stay at this busy transit hotel. I would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Well-suited for a (short) stay before a departure from Terminal 3. But signs/directions to and from Terminal 3 are practically non-existent. Service at the hotel is in need of improvement. Few explanations (e.g., how the air conditioning works), invoice only upon request, unfortunately no television reception at all. Otherwise, room and bathroom are good. Price/performance ratio is good.
