The reception was okay, but I have pointed out three times that the toilet seat is broken, and all I received were excuses; nothing has happened. The chair would collapse if I leaned back on it. The breakfast consists only of white flour products. There is no regular bread or whole grain products. There is no fruit, in any form. A "Good morning" would greatly enhance the service... The Villa Rosso restaurant in the hotel is SUBPAR. Bruschetta as a greeting from the kitchen is well-intentioned but tasteless, and the bread is stale. The small salad consists only of leaves and a few pieces of dried carrot, cucumber, and tomato - very sparse. The main dish confused me so much that I no longer knew what I had ordered. I believe it was spaghetti aglio e olio. It was a pasta and cheese mush with arugula in between. That was the most disgusting dish ever! And the red wine was also spoiled and not really drinkable. SORRY - Let me tell you, while the service is very friendly(!), the competencies behind it are unacceptable.

Disgusting hotel, smells like a rotten ash tray throughout, staff unhelpful. Stayed 3 nights here first 2 nights had a struggled sleep due to noise from either above or next us, 3rd night the noise from adjoining room was so bad we had to ask to be moved but staff wouldn't help so we had to resort to sleeping in our car. Avoid this hotel unless you like hell...

3 minutes ago on Google All in all, a functional hotel to stay in.The decor is ok,the cleanliness as well.The different furniture can be good.Partly the rooms are certainly renovated (because I can't confirm statements like terrible and rundown) Very close is the Hessencenter and the U-Bahn, as well as a gas station opposite. Likewise, a few hundred meters further is Café Schokolino and Pizzeria Dick and Doof. The employee Mrs. Dobriec was very friendly and cooperative when I reported a complaint about noise at night and offered me compensation. The fact that the reception is only manned until 23.00h I don't find bad. There is a separate entrance right next to it with a safe (enter code-key on chain opens door).Through said door you can also go out and it does not trigger an emergency alarm/color green.
