Steigenberger Airport

The room I had at the end of July was excellent. The one from 8/8 to 8/9 was not. - The bed creaks with every movement - There was a green chocolate candy on the floor next to the nightstand - The shower head cannot be hung on a rod at the side at overhead height. The rain shower has the disadvantage of washing the shampoo out of your hair immediately. A height-adjustable shower head on the side wall guarantees the right shower experience. It was quiet.

Very good beds in the Executive room. Bathroom very large. Optimal location with shuttle. Unfortunately, pool not open.

Family of four, on our way back to the US, we stayed at this hotel near the airport for one night. It was a great way to turn a layover into the final day of vacation with the kids. Convenient shuttle to and from the airport, easy to locate once you get out of Terminal 1 The pool - probably the reason why we picked this hotel - was closed for repairs or something. I wish they had told me before BUT they gave me a 30% discount, which is nice. And we got upgraded to a beautiful suite in the Executive Tower, basically two rooms with two bathrooms and a great view of the forest and downtown Frankfurt in the distance. Breakfast was extra (€22 per adult)
