Mercure Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg

The location is sensible for me for work, but I don’t much enjoy staying here (I’ve stayed twice now). My room was covered in branding for a « partner » company which felt a bit like sleeping in a page of an advertisement or newspaper. I don’t like seeing ads the moment my eyes open and close. It was clean and comfortable, though, good WiFi and good sound insulation. The toilet paper is not ok, that is an easy fix they can make to make a guest more comfortable.

I have stayed there a few times and the staff are really nice and the rooms are ok but consistently I have had problems with the AC not working. This is not a problem in the winter but now with a heatwave it is a problem. They tried to move me to another room but the AC didn't work in that room so I ended up with a desk fan. The food is very limited in the bar so if you want to have anything nice you need to go and find a restaurant. Very clean and tidy hotel but limited in the services it provides.

When you walk into the hotel, you walk right into the bar. At 9:30pm, that is the way it smells as well. After going to my room and finishing some work, I pulled back the covers of the bed to find an insect. Disgusting! Even though I am tired, I am finding it hard to go to bed even after changing rooms. This was my first time here and it will be my last.
