⚠️⚠️⚠️ BED BUGS We discovered these bed bugs upon waking, bed bugs, as well as blood stains, so we immediately informed the management, who simply apologized. And when we insisted a bit more, they only offered us a refund of just 30% of the room. I find that completely insignificant, regrettable, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Moreover, the rooms are really small and old.

I stayed there for one night with a friend. Nobody in the hotel speaks even a word of German!! The rooms were very small, in the bathroom you could not even turn around. The promised view of the vineyards was just a glimpse of a garage. The promise given to us that we would be driven to the dock in Oestrich-Winkel and picked up again at night (to Rhine in flames) was suddenly forgotten. We had to go there by taxi - and at night we had a big problem getting back to the hotel. This hotel is just for forgetting. Christine J.

We visited the hotel 4 years ago and there it was German owned. Breakfast varied and good, and every day we were asked how we wanted our eggs cooked. This time the breakfast was very sparse and no variation. Eggs were cooked in a dish?? There was no filling, if there was only 1 piece of cheese then there was not for everyone. A sad game! It had the impression that it was not running very well, because the door to the toilet could not be closed and the shelves were dusty. Previously, the hotel had parking, so you got parking at a reasonable Award, this is no longer the case and it was expensive! So the cost of the hotel stay was overall ALL too expensive
