We booked a business room costing 189.00 euros per night. At first, we had a room where I had to climb onto the bed to reach the closet, as the closet was directly in front of the bed. We then moved to another room that was okay in size but had no air conditioning and no refrigerator. On the third day, there was no breakfast buffet in the morning as there were fewer guests, and unfortunately, there wasn't much on the dinner menu after four days. We had to leave due to an emergency, and they did not charge us for two nights, but they did charge a cancellation fee of 171.00 euros, which is ridiculous. It definitely does not deserve four stars; the hotel was almost empty with only about 10 guests present. I would not book this again; the staff was attentive and friendly.

The room had no air conditioning and no trigger in the bathroom. There was a window in the bathroom, which you could only open if you are at least 1.80m tall. Showering was badly done. There was only one tub with a small splash guard. After showering, the whole bathroom was under water. My mattress was pretty sagged. The staff was very nice and friendly. For breakfast there were different kinds of fresh bread.

If you want a rural location this could be for you. The location is great but the hotel is not. It feels very unloved and soulless. The room was tiny with NO A/C. The welcome was non existent, here is your key & off you go. The food was nothing fantastic. The bar is a joke, don’t be fooled by the pictures it is not manned and we could only use it until 9.30 as the staff lock the hotel up then. Breakfast was rubbish lots of empty bowls with clothes in the make the offering look bigger. We left after 1 night. I wouldn’t recommend it.
