My men's handbag with valuable contents, which I had left in the room, was sent back to me by particularly honest and friendly employees of this hotel, and we were very satisfied in every other respect as well.

We are truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team at Motel One Wiesbaden. ❤️ We were in a very difficult and stressful situation and, honestly, could not have wished for a better place. The entire team was incredibly warm, understanding, and helpful. At no point did we feel like we were just "guests" – rather, we were humanly supported and helped again and again. We were particularly touched by how lovingly the team treated our young son, who has experienced trauma himself due to what we have been through. The staff noticed that he needed special attention and distraction, and they took such warm care of him. They even made little "cocktails" with him, made him laugh, and gave him back a bit of lightheartedness for a moment. ❤️ A very special thank you goes to the team leader Steve and also to Güven. Their calm, understanding, and incredibly helpful manner helped us a lot during this difficult time. They always had an open ear, thought ahead, and really made an effort to make the situation as pleasant as possible for us and our children. Especially when you don't know what to do yourself, you don't forget people who treat you with so much humanity. For us, the Motel One was not just a hotel during this difficult time. It was a place where we felt safe, welcome, and humanly supported. From the bottom of our hearts: Thank you to the entire team. Thank you for your humanity, your patience, and for supporting us and especially our son so lovingly. We will never forget this warmth. ❤️ We can only wholeheartedly recommend the Motel One and this wonderful team.

Simply Motel One The outdoor area is not appreciated. Guests do not bring their things taken outside (plates, cups, etc.) back inside. Perhaps a sign should point this out to them. Ashtrays as well, no container where one could empty them.
